The outer branch made of technical elastomer is engineered to deform and open under a specific pressure, especially in the event of a fall. This opening helps the foot to release, reducing the risk of getting caught in the Compositi Reflex-One AirSoft Stirrups.
This controlled flexibility does not compromise stability while riding: under normal use, the branch maintains solid support to preserve the stirrup’s balance and the precision of the rider’s footing.
Underfoot, the wide shock-absorbing footbed follows the rider’s natural movement. It helps distribute pressure more evenly and reduces impact felt in the knees and joints.
Made from technical polymer with an internal metal reinforcement, the Compositi Reflex-One AirSoft Stirrups combine lightweight durability with easy maintenance. Their stable and balanced design allows the rider to find their stirrup quickly and maintain a secure position.
The grip soles provide traction suited for mounted use. They are interchangeable to allow easy replacement when needed.
For proper use of the Compositi Reflex-One AirSoft Stirrups, the "R" and "L" markings indicate the right and left stirrups. The flexible branch should always be positioned on the outside of the foot, with the Compositi logo facing forward.
After opening, the safety branch does not automatically reset. It must be manually clipped back into place before reuse by pinching its end to properly align the two studs in their slots.

My horse is so grateful! I'm on a green horse and I wanted to be sure if he made some crazy moves that zi didn't hurt his mouth with a bit. One thing I would change is to add a center ring so it can be used for ground work without having to change sides. Otherwise is is very soft leather and well built.
I love this bit! My pony is sensitive and I had him in a rubber bit before this. He would make a loud squeegee sound in the rubber bit, which then seemed to distract both the pony and his rider! This much quieter and they both seem more focused! And yes, his teeth are floated regularly!
