This innovative gear sits between a martingale and German reins, designed to prevent the horse from over-extending or raising its head too high, allowing it to work by elevating its back line.

When the horse is working correctly, the Pénélope Howlett Training Aid relaxes, and the rider primarily uses the bridle reins.

Convenient and easy to use, this training aid minimizes disturbances from the rider's hands.

Attached to the martingale collar with a carabiner, the Pénélope Howlett Training Aid is adjusted by connecting it to one of the rings on the Pénélope Howlett Reins.

The selected ring dictates the angle between the head and neck.
