Instructions for Use

Before use, remove the steel ball.

Thermotherapy: Submerge in hot water. Once the ball is fully heated, it can be used as a hot compress.

Cryotherapy: Chill the ball in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. It can maintain a low temperature for 3 to 6 hours, providing effective physiotherapy for both horses and riders.

Maintenance and Storage
